"He'll be out at least two weeks. Other than that we don't know yet," Toronto manager John Gibbons said.

The Blue Jays will place Gregg Zaun on the disabled list Monday, according to the Toronto Sun. He was carried off the field on a stretcher Sunday after being knocked unconscious when he was kneed in the head while trying to break up a double play. Zaun has been diagnosed with a concussion.

Gregg Zaun was carted off the field Sunday after he was kneed in the side of the head while trying to break up a double play in the bottom of the ninth inning. He was down on the field for nearly 15 minutes and was fitted with an oxygen mask and a head and neck brace. He appeared to be unconscious for a few minutes, but he was awake and made some movements before being removed from the field, according to the AP.
