The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the Indians appear close to working out a one-year deal with Keith Foulke. He'll have to pass a physical first, and any announcement likely won't come until next week. "We've had a lot of positive and constructive dialogue with Keith's agent," said Indians General Manager Mark Shapiro. "But we still have a lot of ground to cover."
