Newsday reports that Javier Vazquez refused to take a physical or play for the Dodgers, which was the main impetus for the Dodgers pulling out of the three-team deal that would have sent Randy Johnson to the Yanks. Vazquez apparently doesn't want to play for the Diamondbacks, either.
