Milton Bradley was injured Sunday in a bizarre series of events on the field. While standing on first base, he got into a heated argument with first-base umpire Mike Winters. Eventually, he went to get into the ump's face to argue before manager Bud Black tried to restrain Bradley. While Black wrestled with Bradley to keep him away from Winters, Bradley twisted his knee and fell to the ground. He had to be helped off the field while putting no weight on his leg. Bradley said he was baited, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune, specifically that Winters called him "a (expletive) piece of (expletive)." It will be interesting to see how this plays out off the field, but even more interesting to fantasy folk, it will be interesting to see how seriously Bradley is injured.
