Trainer Todd Hutcheson said he's pleased with Hernandez's progress since cortisone was injected into his sore left wrist, and that Hernandez likely will swing a bat today. If everything doesn't go as expected, however, Hutcheson stated that Hernandez could require arthroscopic surgery to remove a small piece of cartilage, which would sideline him three to six weeks.
