Kevin Millwood has reached a preliminary agreement on a $60 million, five-year contract with the Rangers, according to the AP. Texas can void the fifth year of the deal if Millwood doesn't pitch a certain number of innings in earlier years of the contract. Millwood led the AL with a 2.86 ERA last season, and it will be interesting to see how he pitches in the bandbox known as Ameriquest Field in Arlington.
