Michael Cuddyer, who is nursing a strained tendon in his left index finger, admitted on Thursday that he won't attempt any baseball-related activities until after he returns from the current road trip, according to the Star Tribune. Manager Ron Gardenhire hoped Cuddyer would be well enough to go to Fort Myers, Florida, for a couple of rehab games during the All-Star break, and get some swings in and be activated after the break, but that plan is not going to happen now. Cuddyer said, "It's just a stalemate right now. There's a lot of frustration."
