Astros manager Phil Garner informed Adam Everett prior to yesterday's game that Everett would be replaced by Eric Bruntlett as the starting shortstop for the next few days, according to the Houston Chronicle. Everett, who hit just .187 in May, said his back is bothering him. "It's kind of what I had in spring training," said Everett. "I've got something in there. Hopefully I can get that taken care of."
