The rehab assignment Jayson Werth is on ends on Wednesday, according to the LA Times. His fractured wrist is not bothering him, and though he's hitting .316 in 38 at-bats, all the hits are singles. As a result, the Dodgers may ask him to extend his rehab assignment. "To bring him to the big leagues when his mechanics are out of whack, that's a tremendous compromise of a player," manager Jim Tracy said.

Dodgers manager Jim Tracy indicated that there is still no timetable for when Jayson Werth will be activated from the DL. He's been sidelined all season with a broken wrist and is currently on a minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Las Vegas. Tracy did offer some good news, however, saying, "My understanding right now is the wrist is pretty doggone good."
