The Marlins recalled Paul Hoover from Triple-A Albuquerque on Tuesday, according to the Sun-Sentinel. He was just optioned back down a couple of weeks ago, and was 2-for-4 in his brief stint with the team.

To make room on the roster for Matt Treanor, the Marlins optioned Paul Hoover to Triple-A Albuquerque on Wednesday, according to the Miami Herald. Hoover went 2-for-4 during his two-week stay in Florida.

The Marlins called up Paul Hoover from Triple-A Albuquerque to replace the injured Matt Treanor on the roster, according to the Miami Herald. Hoover was hitting .281 with five home runs and 34 RBI for the Isotopes. He will back up Miguel Olivo.
