Ben Sheets has no structural damage in his elbow and expects it to be fully healed prior to spring training, according to ESPN. Talks with the Brewers have been productive and he could still remain with the club, but the Brewers will let him hit the free agent market.

I aint got no choice. It doesnt look good to pitch again this year but you never know. I wont stop trying."
