Surprisingly Mike Lamb is starting at third base as the Twins play an interleague game in Milwaukee. Lamb is 0-for-10 against Brewers starting pitcher Dave Bush.

Mike Lamb is out of the lineup again on Tuesday, but he may get the start against the Indians on Wednesday, the Minneapolis Star Tribune notes. The third baseman has played only once since last Friday.

Struggling third baseman Mike Lamb is starting to get on track as he raised his batting average from .224 to .248 this weekend by going 5-for-9 at Detroit, according to the Star Tribune. He also hit his first homer of the season, but he said, "I’m not really a home run hitter, so I’m more worried about my batting average and getting hits in key situations."

Mike Lamb left Wednesday's game against Chicago in the ninth inning after fouling a ball off his right foot, according to the Star Tribune. He had X-rays taken, which revealed a bruise. He is listed as day-to-day. Lamb is only hitting .214 so far, so he won't be much of a loss to your team right now.

Mike Lamb, off to a terrible start in his first year in Minnesota, had two hits and two RBI on Monday for the Twins. Lamb is hitting .167 in 24 AB to open the year, and though he should still see the majority of work at third base, if he doesn't start hitting soon Nick Punto could start to steal some at-bats.

Mike Lamb sustained a bruised hip this week and aggravated it during Friday's game, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. It sounds like a minor ailment, but the Twins will hold him out of a couple of games to rest up.
