Michael Tejera signed a minor-league deal with Boston on Friday. Tejera posted a 3.90 ERA in 27 games at at Triple-A Indianapolis last season. He'll attempt to win a bullpen job this spring, but he'll more than likely begin the year in the minors.

The Rangers optioned Michael Tejera to Triple-A Oklahoma on Friday. He made only three appearances with the Rangers this year, giving up three runs in two innings.

The Rangers recalled Michael Tejera from Triple-A Oklahoma, according to the Dallas Morning News. He is the third lefty in the bullpen behind Brian Shouse and Ron Mahay. Tejera was 0-1 with a 2.55 ERA in 17 games with Oklahoma.
