Michael Young is dealing with a strained calf muscle, but the injury is not expected to be serious, according to the Dallas Morning News. He said he felt a slight cramp in his left calf while leaving the batter's box during his second at-bat of Sunday's win over Japan. "It wouldn't even be a reason to take a day off at spring training," Young said. "It's not anything that would cause me to not play a game."
