The Indians were hoping to add Hafner to the roster for their three-game series with the Yankees, but now that seems unlikely. "Travis didn't feel 100 percent, so for precautionary reasons, we decided to remove him from the game," assistant general manager Chris Antonetti said. "From our perspective, I don't think concerned is the right word. He's made significant progress over the last week."
