As expected, Wilson Betemit has been activated from the DL today, according to the ChuckKnoblog.com. To make room on the roster, Alberto Gonzalez has been optioned to Triple-A Scranton.

Wilson Betemit is expected to be activated from the DL before today's game against Baltimore, according to the NY Post. He played one last rehab game yesterday for Triple-A Scranton. He has recovered from a strained right hamstring.
