Nick Punto has done enough to warrant entering 2007 as the starting third baseman, Ron Gardenhire told the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Punto, who's been a regular since the middle of June, is eligible for arbitration after the season. "I enjoy him there," Gardenhire said of Punto. "I enjoy our range. I enjoy our athleticism there."
