The Devil Rays have reportedly been very aggressive in trade talks so far this offseason, and they appear very willing to part with Rocco Baldelli in exchange for pitching, according to Ken Rosenthal of FoxSports. The Rays apparently talked to the Phillies about a Baldelli/Cole Hamels swap, but the Phillies wanted no part of it. Baldelli hit .302 with 16 dingers, 57 RBI and 10 steals in 92 games last year.
