Marlon Byrd left Friday's game with a hyperextended left elbow, according to SportsTicker. He was injured when he slammed into the wall on Willy Aybar's homer.

The top six hitters in the Texas batting order posted a combined 14 hits this evening, led by the continued surge from outfielder Marlon Byrd . Byrd went 5-for-6 to total three RBIs and four runs scored on the night.
