Albert Pujols will play as a DH for the National League in tonight's All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He will bat fourth in the lineup and said, "I thank Clint Hurdle for putting me in there. There are a lot of All-Stars he could hit fourth and he picked me. Hitting cleanup isn't going to bother me. I hit third, but it doesn't matter. I could hit eighth and I'd be pretty excited."

In 50 games at Citizen's Bank Ballpark, Albert Pujols has hit .380, reached base at a .421 clip and slugged an even 1.000. He has a home run in every 5 ½ at-bats there, for a total of nine.
