Grady Sizemore was 0-for-1 in his major league debut on Wednesday night after coming off the bench to play center field. Sizemore will presumably start more often than not, as the Indians won't want to stall his development by sitting him on the bench.

The Indians recalled highly-touted outfield prospect Grady Sizemore from Triple-A Buffalo. Sizemore started off slow this season with the Bisons, but was hitting .292 with seven homers and 49 RBI in 95 games before the promotion. "He was ready to come up," Indians manager Eric Wedge said. "He has been ready for a while."

If the Indians call up Grady Sizemore this season, there's a chance they will only play him three or four times a week instead of every day, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "We've broken in other guys like that," said Tribe manager Eric Wedge.
