Grady Sizemore was moved into the third spot in the batting order Tuesday, with Kenny Lofton hitting leadoff. Sizemore certainly held up his end of the deal, going 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and a pair of walks. Grady Sizemore got a rare but routine day off for the first time all season on Tuesday. Grady Sizemore pinch-hit in the ninth inning Tuesday night, extending his streak of games played to 259, according to the AP. He wasn't in the starting lineup, but his fly out to center leading off the final inning kept his streak alive.

Grady Sizemore finished the spring with a puny .115 average, but he quickly erased that memory with a leadoff homer at Chicago Monday. Sizemore finished the afternoon 2-for-4 with three runs scored.

Indians manager Eric Wedge isn't concerned about Grady Sizemore's .128 batting average this spring, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "Grady's fine," Wedge said. "He's fine. He's in good shape. The last few games he's swung the bat very well, he's just hit the ball right at people."
