Manger Grady Little said that Mark Hendrickson will stay in the rotation for the time being, according to the AP. Hendrickson is 1-6 with a 4.99 ERA since being acquired by the Dodgers in July. Little's decision to keep Hendrickson in the rotation was made easy with the injury to Chad Billingsley.

"He's got a pretty good tattoo over there today," manager Grady Little said. "He hit him solid, right on the biceps. You can see the imprint of the baseball on there today, but I think it won't be anything that will hold him up from pitching next time. ... We have no concerns."

The Dodgers acquired Mark Hendrickson and Toby Hall from the Devil Rays on Monday in exchange for Dioner Navarro, Jae Weong Seo, and a player to be named later, according to the AP. Hendrickson was 4-8 with a 3.81 ERA in 13 starts for Tampa Bay.
