The Kansas City Star reported Monday that the Colorado Rockies are interested in acquiring SP Jorge De La Rosa if he clears waivers. The reported noted that De La Rosa would be included as the "player to be determined" from the Rockies' trade earlier this month that led to the Royals' acquisition of P Ramon Ramirez. The left-hander is unlikely be part of the parent club without significant work on the farm.
