Chien-Ming Wang will have his right shoulder examined in early January to determine whether he will be healthy enough to take part in the World Baseball Classic, according to the New York Daily News. The Yanks would prefer he simply rest the shoulder that forced him to the DL for nearly two months last year due to inflammation.
