Mike Fontenot will start at second at hit second in the lineup Saturday, according to the Arlington Daily Herald. Mark DeRosa has moved to right field and Kosuke Fukudome is on the bench.

The Cubbies made quick and dirty work of the Houston Astros today, pulling the dominating 9-0 win with the outstanding efforts of second baseman Mike Fontenot . Fontenot went 3-for-4 at the plate with his 14th double and eighth homer of the season to total three RBIs and three runs scored.

"It's been a few years since I've done it," Fontenot said . I keep my same approach. I usually don't hack at a lot of pitches -- I try to see a few pitches, so it works out."
