Scott Moore rolled his ankle against Toronto on Sunday and will likely miss a couple of games, according to the Baltimore Sun. Manager Dave Trembley said he'd still like to give Moore opportunities at first base and left field before the season is over, but that still doesn't mean Moore will have any fantasy value the rest of the way.

Scott Moore was sent to the Orioles Friday as part of the deal for Steve Trachsel. Moore, who has hit .265 with 19 homers and 69 RBI for Triple-A Iowa this year, could be given a look in September.

Scott Moore was optioned to Triple-A on Tuesday to open up a roster spot for Ronny Cedeno, who was just recalled, according to Sports Ticker. Moore recorded just five at-bats for the Cubs, failing to register a hit.

The Cubs called up Scott Moore Friday to replace the injured Daryl Ward, according to the AP. Moore got the start at first base on Friday, but he's unlikely to get much playing time once Derrek finishes serving his suspension.
