Francisco Cruceta has finally received his visa, according to the Detroit News. It took two months, but he is now allowed to report to the Tigers' Class-A Lakeland club. The Tigers will have 30 days after that to decide whether to add him to their 25-man roster, or to outright his contract to one of their minor league teams.

It's not exactly clear why he's been delayed so long, but he's all but out of time to break camp with the Tigers, who really could use some help in their bullpen.
