The Expos recalled infielder Brendan Harris from Triple-A Edmonton. Harris hit .302 with 17 homers in 102 games split between Edmonton and Iowa. Harris, who was acquired from the Cubs in the Orlando Cabrera deal, can play shortstop, second and third base and might have a chance to win the everyday job at the latter position for next season.
