John Maine will be the No. 5 starter for the Orioles now that Daniel Cabrera has joined Sidney Ponson on the disabled list. Maine should make his next start on Saturday.

John Maine wasn't among the players the Orioles called up on Tuesday, but Orioles executive vice president Jim Beattie did say that Maine's start on Tuesday was cut short (4 1/3 innings) just in case the Orioles wanted to call him up to start Saturday, according to the Baltimore Sun.
