After being hit in the back of the head by a line drive Saturday, Edwin Jackson reported only a slight headache Sunday, according to the St. Petersburg Times. A CT scan Saturday night came back clear. "I'm fine," he said. "I've got a little headache, but that's about it."

Edwin Jackson was expected to get a precautionary CAT scan late last night after being hit in the back of the head by a line drive during the game, according to the St. Petersburg Times. "He's fine," manager Joe Maddon said. "Apparently he may have gotten lucky. ... For all intents and purposes as of this moment, the doctor said he's fine and he should be fine." However, he likely won't pitch for a few days.

Edwin Jackson was forced to leave Saturday's game in the eight inning after getting hit in the head or neck by a line drive from the Blue Jay's Adam Lind, according to the AP. Jackson grabbed at the back of head and quickly left the mound, but was able to walk to the dugout under his own power. Jackson was examined by a Blue Jay doctor who said he was OK. "It's nothing. It feels like I got punched in the back of the head," Jackson said.
