Ryan Wagner will have arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder on Tuesday, according to the AP. Wagner traveled to Birmingham, Ala., on Monday for a second opinion on the shoulder, which has sidelined him for nearly a month. He has appeared in 14 games this season, going 0-2 with a 5.74 ERA.
