The Braves acquired reliever Lance Cormier from the Diamondbacks in the Johnny Estrada deal, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Cormier was 7-3 with a 5.11 ERA in 67 relief appearances for Arizona last year.

The Diamondbacks recalled Lance Cormier from Triple-A Tucson on Monday to fill the roster spot of the injured Oscar Villarreal, according to the AP. Manager Bob Melvin said Cormier will be used as a long reliever.
