The Mariners optioned Bobby Livingston to Triple-A Tacoma Sunday to make room on the roster for Emiliano Fruto, according to the AP. Livingston held an 18.00 ERA in three games with Seattle.

The Mariners called up Bobby Livingston from Triple-A Tacoma Monday to replace Clint Nageotte on the roster, according to the Seattle Times. At Triple-A, Livingston posted a 1-1 record with a 2.12 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 17 innings. He will work in a middle-relief role for Seattle.
