Peter Moylan, on the sidelines after undergoing Tommy John surgery, has begun throwing and feels ready to attack his rehab process in preparation for next season, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. I can see my shoulder getting stronger, feel it getting stronger. When I get back out there, its going to be incredible, because Ill have a rebuilt elbow and a stronger shoulder, and Im going to be fit because Ive had nothing else to do.
