Pedro Martinez is still experiencing discomfort in his injured right big toe, according to Newsday. He believes that rest and rehab will take care of the problem, and he doesn't think surgery will be necessary. "They told me to rest it for a month and see how it goes from there," Martinez said Wednesday. "Just walking around, I can tell that it's not as good as I'd like it to be. But it's not getting worse."
