Luis Hernandez could potentially lose his starting role at shortstop, according to MLB.com. He has struggled offensively and defensively in the early going, and Alex Cintron is seen as a possible replacement, if he can get hot at Triple-A Norfolk. Cintron has an established track record as he's tallied nearly 1,900 at-bats in the Major Leagues, while registering a .277 career average and a .401 slugging percentage. He is a switch-hitter as well.
