Forward Brian Scalabrine was activated for Game 5 against Detroit, as Tony Allen was out due to an Achilles' tendon injury, according to CBSsports.com.

Brian Scalabrine was inactive again Sunday night against Portland with a strained right groin. The Boston Globe reports that Scalabrine has yet to play on the West Coast swing and coach Doc Rivers call the forward/center "out for the trip."
