Bosh will not dress for tonight's game with New Jersey or for Sunday's game with Golden State, and it's a fair bet he won't see action next week on Toronto's upcoming four-game road trip. "I could come back when there's still a little bit of pain, but that might cause some bigger issue," Bosh said.

Chris Bosh was able to work out yesterday, though he did not take part in practice, according to the Toronto Star. Whether he will be cleared to play through his eye infection tonight won't be determined until he takes part in this morning's shootaround. "I got a prescription to calm it down and everything," said Bosh. "I'm here. ... I didn't get to practice but I got a workout in. They're still trying to look at it and see what happened. It's still kind of like a question mark."

Chris Bosh missed practice Monday with an inflammation of his left eye, according to the Toronto Star. "It's kind of scary," said GM Bryan Colangelo. "The guy wakes up and (experiences) this light sensitivity. It started (Sunday night). He woke up (yesterday) and it was much more of a problem. He can see. He's just hyper-light sensitive." Bosh was put on medication yesterday and will be re-examined today before his status for tomorrow's game in Cleveland can be determined.

Although Chris Bosh said his troublesome knee was "stiff" Saturday after playing 42 minutes on Friday, he is expected to play on Sunday, according to the New York Daily News. "(The knee) is just sore," he said. "I'll be on the court giving 100 percent as always."

Despite playing 42 minutes last night, Chris Bosh mustered only 11 points and seven boards, shooting 22 percent from the floor. Coach Sam Mitchell blamed the performance on Bosh's sore knee, according to the Toronto Star. "He just couldn't get by people like he normally does," Mitchell said. "He couldn't move like he's accustomed to moving and that kind of hurt us. You're talking about our primary scorer and he couldn't do the things he's comfortable doing." Bosh credited Atlanta's defense for the poor outing. The injury doesn't appear to be serious at this point, but it's a little concerning, considering he already was troubled by plantar fasciitis this season.

The Raptors aren't taking any chance with their franchise player, Chris Bosh, so he was held out of yesterday's preseason game as a precaution due to a sore heel, according to the Toronto Star. "It wasn't really hurt, it's just a thing that progressed over time with a lot of playing," Bosh said. "It just became sore. It was just a precautionary measure." Bosh is one of the best young big men in the game and shouldn't last past the second round in any drafts.
