"The doctors think that he’s going to get a chance to play this year,” coach Terry Porter said. “So until they say something different ... I don’t know when that’s going to come, but they think he can play this year.”

It was a narcotics search warrant," Assistant District Attorney Julius Kim said. "Mr. Ford was not the target of our investigation. After my review of all the information, I found insufficient evidence to charge anyone, including Mr. Ford, with a crime."
