Josh Howard as arrested and charged with drag racing in his home town of Winston-Salem in North Carolina after being caught going 94 MPH in a 55 zone, according to the Associated Press. In addition, he was also charged with careless and reckless driving in addition to speed competition.

Josh Howard is attempting to clean up his tarnished reputation following his comments regarding marijuana use during the off-season, according to the Dallas Morning News. Howard said, "People's first reaction is that I just got high all day every day. I've got nothing to hide. I ain't scared. There's been no backlash."
