The Spurs reached an agreement with Matt Bonner on Tuesday, according to the San Antonio Express-News. The deal is worth $9 million over three years. "Matt always wanted to stay with the Spurs, so he's very excited to be coming back," said Kenny Grant, Bonner's agent.

Matt Bonner returned to action Tuesday after missing the past 15 games while recovering from a torn left medial collateral ligament, according to the San Antonio Express-News. He played with a brace on his knee and put up three points and two rebounds in 12 minutes. Bonner noted that his knee felt fine, but that he needs to regain his timing.

Matt Bonner is not expected to return to action until after the All-Star break, according to the San Antonio News-Express. Bonner has missed the past eight games after tearing the medial collateral ligament of his left knee.
