Delonte West is still feeling the effects of a concussion he sustained on Saturday, according to the Boston Herald. “We sent him home,” coach Doc Rivers said of West. “He looked terrible. He was dizzy. I walked in the locker room right before I was going to walk on the floor and he was sitting in his locker asleep. So we sent him home because obviously he’s having some problems right now with his head. It’s not clearing."
