Francisco Garcia nearly doubled his season average with 23 points on Tuesday night as the Sacramento Kings snapped a three-game losing streak with a 105-94 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers. Garcia was efficient off the bench shooting 8-of-12 from the floor and 2-of-2 from the line in 21 minutes.
