Thabo Sefolosha will likely miss his third straight game tonight because of a groin injury, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Sefolosha has emerged the last few weeks as a fantasy option in deeper leagues. Hopefully he'll be ready by Thursday.

Thabo Sefolosha missed a second straight game on Sunday due to a strained groin. Larry Hughes stepped into the starting lineup again, and while nothing is official, we wouldn't be surprised if Hughes takes over this role on a permanent basis.

Thabo Sefolosha was unable to play through his sore groin on Friday, according to the Chicago Tribune. Interim Bulls coach Jim Boylan said Sefolosha is day-to-day at this point. Larry Hughes started in place of Sefolosha Friday and could claim the job full time -- or not. Expect the Bulls starting lineup and rotation to continue in flux the rest of the season.

Thabo Sefolosha missed practice Thursday due to his sore groin, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. His status for Friday's game is up in the air. Look for Larry Hughes to start for the Bulls if Sefolosha has to sit this one out.

Chicago enters the All Star break at 21-31, but the team is getting healthy again and the younger players are stepping up. Thursday was a fine example of that, as they were led to victory by two second-year players: Thabo Sefolosha and Tyrus Thomas. Sefolosha continued his strong play of late with a 17-point, 12-rebound, four-steal effort against the Heat.

Thabo Sefolosha had another solid game for the Bulls scoring 22 points with seven rebounds and four assists. Don't let his season long numbers of five points and three boards fool you, Thabo has been a different player over the past 10 games when he has averaged 13 points and six rebounds.

Thabo Sefolosha has been battling a strained abdominal muscle since Monday, according to the Chicago Tribune. "A couple of days ago, I started feeling it during the Memphis game," said Sefolosha. "I've played through it, and it started feeling worse and worse. Running and playing defense, I feel it." He missed practice Saturday but expects to play Sunday afternoon against the Suns. Sefolosha's had some low-level fantasy value the past couple of weeks.
