Daniel Gibson replaced Eric Snow in the starting lineup for the Cavs on Tuesday night. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that the move is not short term. "I'm going to give him an opportunity," head coach Mike Brown said. "I'm pretty patient in whatever I do. I really think things through and give things a chance. It really wouldn't be fair to throw 'Boobie' out there for a game or two games because he's going to have some bad games being a rookie. . . . I'm going to give him time."
