Chris Quinn, starting in place of an injured Jason Williams, had a career best 24 points in the Heat's 78-73 victory over the Bucks. Quinn hit three 3-pointers while grabbing four rebounds, dishing out four assists and making four steals. There really is no reason for the Heat not to run Quinn out there the rest of the way to see where his development is at, and he has played at least 25 minutes in four straight games as the Heat are doing just that.

Chris Quinn led the Heat with a mere 14 points in a disheartening 96-54 loss to Toronto. He chipped in five boards and three assists, but had five turnovers and only shot 5-of-14 from the field, and 0-for-6 from long range.

Chris Quinn did not practice Thursday after spraining his left ankle in the regular-season finale against the Magic Wednesday, the Miami Herald reports. Pat Riley said Quinn didn't do any major damage to his ankle, but his absence from practice did "hurt us a little bit in our preparation." Quinn's availability remains in question, but Payton will be available despite a torn left calf muscle.
