The Blazer Blog is reporting that a trade between the Trailblazers and Nuggets was struck on Thursday. Portland will send rookie Taurean Green to Denver for guard Von Wafer. No official announcement has been made regarding this barter. Stay tuned.

Taurean Green returned to the Blazers Tuesdsay after being recalled from the Idaho Stampede of the NBA's Development League, where he played in four games, the AP reports.

Second-round draft pick Taurean Green has been so impressive this training camp that coach Nate McMillan said despite having two point guards already fighting for a starting job and Greens small stature, he will find the rookie playing time. We may be small, and we may have to play zone when he is in there, McMillan told The Oregonian. But from what he has done so far, I think you have to try and find a way to get him in there. McMillan has even suggested using Green at the end of games because he foresees him as the perfect offensive complement to Brandon Roy.
