"I think I'm going to have to put my foot in a boot to heal faster, but it's not bad enough that I can't play with it," Jackson said in the San Francisco Chronicle. "My ankle, it's something I definitely want to get checked. I try to compensate for my ankle sometimes, playing on the front of my foot." Jackson's minutes might be reduced a bit in an effort to keep him healthy, but he's playing the best ball of his career and should be in your lineup regardless.

Jackson was money from the line making a career-high 15 out of 17 from the charity stripe, and he scored 26 points after halftime. This is why Jackson should have made the all-star game. Jackson willed the team back from a massive deficit thanks in part to his free-throw shooting and four made 3's.

Stephen Jackson admitted this week that he continued to battle through his hyperextended knee and sore left big toe last month, but he's recovered now, according to the Contra Costa Times. "I never want to make excuses, but I am finally healthy," Jackson said. "I finally feel healthy with my foot and my knee; I finally feel back to how I want them to be. My body's feeling stronger now." If you saw him play, it was pretty obvious he wasn't at full strength, especially on defense. He's shot over 50 percent each of his past three games, which is a good sign, particularly since he had recently dropped below 40 percent on the season.
