Brian Skinner missed the Thursday night win over Dallas because of the flu.

Brian Skinner left Thursday's game with a right ankle sprain, the AP reports. Skinner isn't much of a fantasy option even when healthy, as he's merely trying to make the Suns as a reserve.

Veteran forward Brian Skinner agreed on a one-year veterans minimum deal with the Suns on Monday, half of which is guaranteed according to the Arizona Republic. If Skinner remains on the team when opening day rosters are set Oct. 29, his $1.1 million salary will be guaranteed.
